Tuition

Application Fee

This is a $60.00 fee due upon submission of the Application for Admission. The fee keeps the child on the waiting list until an offer of enrollment is made. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Upon confirmation of admission, a deposit for enrollment confirmation must be made. 

 

Deposit policy for newly enrolled students:

Application fee-non-refundable

Materials fee-100% refundable before August 1

First-month tuition deposit – 50% refundable before May 1. 

 

Re-enrollment Fee

This is a $30.00 fee due upon submission of the Re-enrollment Form for returning students. The fee keeps the child on the waiting list until an offer of enrollment is made. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Materials Fee

This is a fee of $260.00 due for our 2 and 3-day students and a fee of $275.00 for our 5 day students due before July 1st prior to the beginning of each school year. We offer Kindermusik and Stretch-N-Grow. Each child will attend Kindermusik instruction once a week and also receive materials with a songbook, a cd of the songs and chants from each segment used in class, parent lesson cards, and some manipulatives that enhance each lesson. Children will participate in a Stretch-N-Grow program bi-monthly for 2 and 3-day students, and once a week for our 5-day students. This fee is non-refundable once materials are ordered- August 1.

Tuition

Tuition payments can be made annually, bi-annually or monthly.   Annual payments for returning must be made by July 5th. Bi-annual payment would require the first payment made by July 5th with the remaining balance paid by January 5th. The yearly tuition can also be divided into nine equal monthly payments due by the fifth of each month.  The first tuition payment for returning students must be received by July 1.  Additional payments must be made by the 5th of each month, beginning Sept. 1 with the last payment made on April 1.  A ten-dollar service charge will be added to any tuition payment not received by the 5th of the month.

 

Early Morning Drop- Off

Early morning drop -off is an optional service offered every morning school is in session from 8:00 am -9:00 am. You will be charged $2.00 per every 15 minutes that your child utilizes early morning drop off within this hour. Daily records are kept and you will be billed separately for this service. We will send monthly balances at the beginning of each month following the month of service. This balance will be clipped to your child’s school bag. This payment is due upon receipt of your monthly balance statement. This balance will not be broken down into individual days or times and all billing services are the same for everyone.

Non–Payment Policy

In the event that you get behind on payment of tuition or any fees, communication with the Director is necessary. We want to prevent any situation that would cause your child to be withdrawn from the preschool. All unpaid debts whether that be sometime within the school year, or after your child has left Sandpiper Montessori will be passed on to a collections agency.
